Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah KBE AO is a stalwart entreprenuer and philanthropist recognised for his selfless contribution to nation-building and bold committment to the sustainability agenda.
He established his entreprenuership credentials by founding Sunway Group, one of Southeast Asia's leading conglomerates. Its four public-listed entities have a combined market capitalisation of more than RM76 billion as of end-March 2026.
The eponymous Jeffrey Cheah Foundation has gifted over US$25 mil to US-SDSN to advance the Sustainable Development Goals around the world.
The foundation is also the largest-of-its-kind advancing education in Malaysia, with more than RM3 bil gifted and endowed to society, in perpetuity.
