Per Delegate:	RM 500.00 (USD 160) RM 400.00 (USD 130) for Government Official (Malaysian) / Members of MICCI / FSM
Early Bird:	RM 400.00 (USD 130) * Before 31st May 2010
Group Discount:	10% for registration of 3 or more delegates from the same organization

Registration Information and Policies:
Registration:	Registration can be made through internet or complete the Registration Form at the back of the brochure and forward it to Secretariat by post or facsimile. Confirmation will only be made upon receipt (fax/email/mail) of the registration form together with full payment.
Mode of Payment:	I/We enclose a cheque (Malaysian companies only) made payable to the "Federation of Sabah Manufacturers (SIE)" I/We are paying by telegraphic transfer made payable to the "Federation of Sabah Manufacturers (SIE)", Alliance Bank Berhad, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Account Number: 1O1 9600 1OO 8859O (An additional USD10.00 is required for telegraphic transfers)
Cancellation/Substitution Fees paid are not refundable and no refund will be given upon cancellation. However, substitution(s) is/are accepted upon one month's notice.
